Meeting Locations
Insight Meditation South Bay meets in the south bay and Silicon Valley area of Northern California for meditation and Dhamma teachings. We offer sitting groups, Day-Long and Half-Day Programs, and special events. We have programs in Mountain View, San Jose, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Los Altos.
